The Beginning

I'm doing this to hold myself accountable during this attempt at weight loss. Right now my goal is to lose five pounds a week and ultimately lose roughly 40 percent of my current body weight. Weigh-ins will begin tomorrow (5/21/12) and will be tweeted. Let's get this party started.
